419462 Javascript & Design Job

I need someone to add pictures (must have javascript experience)and create some design for my web site. [login to view URL] Example: Click on Tactical Paintball, notice the categories in the middle (12 of them)-- I need one picture from its own category that fits best to what the category is to go with the category name. Would also like to make the side category menu look better. I also need you to then go through the site and put new design in fitting to how it should look.
