I'm looking for a freelance Website Developer / Designer who enjoys working with cartoon images to develop a website homepage with menu navigation and an HTML template for email newsletters. Skills / Experience: • Expert in HTML, CSS and JavaScript • Strong design aesthetic and commitment to quality • Good working knowledge of Adobe CS suite and other common design tools • Experience in developing for cross-browser compatibility (including Mozilla/Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome and IE) • Experience with Flash would be a huge plus (will lead to more work) The homepage will be cartoon based (similar to [login to view URL]) so it's just a matter of taking my vector images and building a website homepage using the graphics. If you also know Flash, we can increase the scope of the project to include fun animation. Thanks!
