Jquery expert for small job

I have a website which uses the jquery isotope plugin to filter its content. Example [login to view URL] I want to be able to pass a filter value from different page so for example if I create a link called cars it will open the page with the content filtered to cars. The creator for the plugin has already shown how it can be done Example: [login to view URL] Documentation: [login to view URL] using [login to view URL] I need the code updated on [login to view URL] attached and [login to view URL] This should be relatively straight forward and quick for a jquery expert.
