320290 Redesign ENTIRE site layout...

Hello everyone, First, I want to say I have this exact project on Elance and I am ashamed on the outcome, low offers and high bids. I only used it because someone told me but I KNOW this is the right place. PROJECT: I have a Vbulletin website which I will let you know the site domain through message only. I have been improving my sites capabilities for example adding download sections, front page news, and things which will make my site more unique and have more options for users. Concentrating on these TECHNICAL things I haven't had the time to build the graphics of my site. It doesn't look very professional and is obviously not ran by a company. I want to change this, I want the site to look very professional and attractive graphically. I want it to LOOK like " a million bucks". Here are the things I need from you: 1) Change the themes and buttons to more attractive user friendly. (this of course will change the entires site look) 2) Change the entire look of the site using very "professional" graphics/Prefer vector graphics 3) Together with me try and come up with the best layout for pages especially the homepage.
