Need To add two new feature in existig ionic ios app

Note :- We have an existing Ionic app and we are looking to enhance its functionality with two additional features: a PDF viewer and a YouTube video player/viewer. Our app already has an API in place that provides the necessary data, such as the PDF file and the YouTube video link. APp details :- we developed an app a couple of years ago to assist our fundraisers for the Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) campaign. The same has not been updated since COVID (last updated on Dec 2020), and as we launch the next edition of TMM in the next 1 - 1.5 months, we need to update the app, add a couple of features and maintain it as we go along during the TMM 2024 campaign period (Aug - March). The app needs to sync with our website and update the latest messages we put there for the fundraisers. The app (Fundraiser Assist) was built on Ionic3, Angular 4, Cordova. Currently, the app can do the following: Create fundraising page Add and edit their appeals Add donation details Get notified on donations, check donation details and thank their donors instantly Users can also track their fundraising campaign and get donation reports. Check important notifications and messages from us We want to add a couple of features like: Review resources in pdf, Youtube videos. Currently, we require the app to only sync data with our website. The current app already includes all the required functionalities, including a PDF and YouTube video viewer. Its purpose is to allow fundraisers to access their fundraising page when away from their desktop, ensuring continuous communication with donors and UWM. We will handle the admin maintenance; the app developer only needs to connect the app to the correct data source. There's no need for access to our website's backend/admin page. The previous app developer used APIs to communicate data from the database to the app, which will continue for future updates. As no new features are needed, we expect a low development cost for upgrading the app to a newer version and enabling data synchronization with our website.
