delete a record in grid

hi, - when I click the first column of each row in the grid, a pop up should open and in that there should be a delete. - when we click delete it should delete that corresponding row. - providing the code in the fiddle. - after that I need help in integrating in my codebase since there we need to delete the record in the services too. - let me know if you need the code base code so that you will have an idea...while integrating in codebase I can do screenshare too.. - so that you can debug easily.
