To fix custom slideshow and B&W effects sequences from Products and Services web page

The Products and Services web page has 4 options left side menu bar, each option must to display a custom slideshow with 3 images and B&W effect over mouse. Here are the problems: 1. When you click on Products and Services menu bar option, the firts option from lefts side menu works great, display the slideshows correctly after click on it and B&W effects over the images works great too, but if you click on the other 3 options, the slideshows take a lot of time to display or sometimes dont display it and the B&W effect doesnt work over the images, 2. When you access from de main page (index) to the Products and Services page options, all left side menu bar options display the slideshows but it takes a lot time before to appears and B&W images effect still doesnt work. The Requierements: I need that after click on any of 4 options from left side menu bar display immediately the slideshow with B&W effect over mouse on all images. Hope you can help me, regards.
