I need a very use-friendly website that allows for a user to input a SIM card number and ZIP Code then have that information sent to another website for activation of the SIM Card. The activation process needs to be hidden from the user. The only thing the use should be able to see is their input data and "Please wait while your SIM Card is being activated". User Input -New Activation - SIM Card # - Zipcode OR -Port-In Activation -SIM Card # -Existing Cellphone # - Account # - Password (Maybe a few more pieces of data) On the back-end process Take the user input and transfer it to another website (activation website). Once the activation is complete then the user should be notified of the completion.
