Build an Online Store

We need to create a website in which clients could upload their pictures or fetch them from Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, etc. to create an online album. The album creation platform should be simple, predetermined templates should limit the client’s ability to edit the album. When the client uploads or fetches the pictures, he should be able to select a template and a suggested picture selection and position would be created. The client should be able to edit which picture goes where but not the size. After the editing the client should be able to put an order to print the album and be delivered to their address. Here comes the tricky part, this website is set to work on Guatemala and the payment gateway should be able to work in this country. Also cash payment should be available. The website should be able to create a PDF print ready file to be sent to our printing department. Other notes: • The website will be in Spanish; we are able to help with translation of texts if necessary. • Graphic design including company logo, colors and general image should be included. • It is not necessary for the website to be created from scratch, but we don’t want something that looks like it’s an adapted template. • All the codes and graphics will be our property at the end of the work. • The website’s design should be simple and straightforward, no complicated menus and options. The idea is limited options and a great result. • The website should be able to only accept hi res images, and to inform the client of the necessary dimensions to have a great result. • The first page should be able to have all the information of how the service works with a modern, slick and simple design. Also have illustrations to better understand how it works. • The website should be up and running within 3 months. • The freelancer should be available the first 2 months of the website functioning to correct any mistake in coding, any changes not negotiated previously will be extra. Payment: Freelancer will be required to demonstrate ability to develop website by making a functional draft of the website. After the draft a first payment of 30% will be given. Second stage will require to show advance on the website’s design and functionality in which an additional 50% will be given, this includes giving the code of the website to that point to us. When the website is finished to function another 15% will be given. The last 5% will be given 1 month after the functioning of the service. Requirements: For freelancers to be considered, experience in similar projects should be demonstrated. A total of 3 offers will be selected and will be used in the second evaluation. The follow criteria will be used for evaluating each of the participants: • Experience: 30% • Design: 30% • Offer: 30% • Evaluator’s criteria: 10% Offer: Offer should include all of the stated above conditions and will be paid in the payment procedure stated above. The conditions are open to negotiation and should be specified in the offer.
