Solution outline for automated form

I would like an analysis of how to solve a specific website or interactive form challenge. I expect there are multiple ways to solve this problem. So, it's important that the analysis report include at least two different solutions. The goal is to analyze the interactive form shown in this video. I've made an interactive drawing program like this before using Pro/Engineer (Creo) many years ago. The technique I used was to utilize the custom symbols feature within the 2-D drawing side of the software. This is similar to how a weld symbol is automated in CAD packages. This was not a perfect technique. And, while it was functional, I would not use that specific approach again. I have access to SolidWorks. However, I don't believe there is a solution in that CAD package. You're welcome to prove me wrong. I won't be upset. I've looked at some form builder tools like Jotform, Cognito, and similar. None of these tools seem to have the ability to place the pictures in the precise locations needed to make this interactive drawing. --Here is where I take a pause to perform a test to verify the person reading this is reading the whole description. The task is to analyze the interactive form and submit a modest explanation of how you would go about making something similar (or more elegant). Compare and contrast at least two different approaches. Provide examples to support your ideas and add any credentials if you'd like to be considered for building the actual form. The trick is making the pictures update when the conditional tables update. This can be done with simple 2-D images as is done in this example. CAD data is not required. Nor is precise scaling.
