I have basic knowledge in MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). I have formerly supported Electronic Data Interchange {EDI basics), like softwares and web applications, tracking and managing orders, invoices, etc. I've worked in BPO and IT companies for 8 years. I have skills in email management and I used to have conversations with UK and US clients. In my past job, we create client's databases in Microsoft Excel with their company names, EDI addresses, trading partners and log all of their calls and cases, for monitoring purposes as well. I can speak and write English fluently. I can adapt to environment with ease and willing to be trained. I am also willing to work with you and help you with your business.
