Employees’ benefits and compensation in the system (SAP).
Housing, security, schools, government affairs, compensation and benefits, payroll) related to the employee information.
Provide all necessary report to senior management of HR dept, Accounts dept and to other senior management.
General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI): Keep the personnel records, updated. Weekly reconciliation between GOSI system and SAP system.
Build the SAP documentation and Coordinate with IT department to communicate configuration and customization issues.
Payroll Transaction and monthly reconciliation.
Reconciliation between SAP and GOSI system in weekly basis.
