Keyword Research Needed!

Hi, I need Keyword Research done in the Website Flipping market. I need a huge list of high search -- low competition keywords (according to google) Long term if you are good. The list has to be at least 500 keywords long and I'll pay $10 for the entire project. The project will be paid through GAF or PayPal upon delivery (I will have to check the keywords first, before I pay) You will need to provide a spreadsheet for all the keywords that will have the amount of daily searches and the number of competing sites. This is longterm if you are good. Thanks, Sebastian PS -- Please provide samples of keywords in the site flipping market so that I can check the quality before I select you. You should provide at least 20 keywords for a sample.
