Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Call Center Representatives to join our remote team from the Philippines. This role involves reaching out to homeowners to introduce our company and services, with the goal of securing contracts for potential real estate opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services and the benefits of partnering with us. Engage homeowners in meaningful conversations to understand their property selling or leasing needs. Explain our business model and how we can offer value to property owners. Schedule appointments for further discussion and closure by our sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system. Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on market trends and company offerings. Requirements: Proven experience as a call center representative or similar customer service/sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. High school diploma; further education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
