Make Linphone as ActiveX

I need ActiveX component based on LinPhone ([login to view URL]). This should be a simple softphone, that after installation (using MSI) can be run in browser with video and audio support. Output should be: 1) MSI that installs Linphone ActiveX in the system. 2) HTML page with Javascript example 3) Methods and event to implement: - Call/Answer/Drop - event Incoming/Connected 4) Audio should be heard. 5) Video should be shown in separate video window.
