Small ASP.net site about 85% complete Need Completed

I have a buziness directory site that is about 85% complete and need to have it completed ASAP. The site is in .net and ajax, I need someone who is a pro at this and can have it done QUICKLY. Site is primarily a business directory, with features, mapping api and photo gallery. Also includes coupons, an event calendar and a forum. There is a general user, admin user (one who has a listing posted) and then site administrators (with a few different levels of permissions). What is needed is, fine tuning the entire site with formatting and layout, adding the google mapping api, with search results and miles from start point and cleaning up some of the functionality as far as flow and information displayed. For an expert in .net, it should be a simple project. Candidates interested MUST be willing to work together with me to create a list of remaining items, and a timeline associated with the list. From there, must upload progress daily, and let me know of any deviations from the original work list and time line associated with it. Timeline is really important. FTP access will be given to upload files, a remote connection to SQL and any server access will be done through team viewer session.
