ASP Code To Show Results from FedEx

I am looking to have a ASP combination of pages that will get a address from a form and have that form submit to FedEx to check an address for correct address information as well as if the address is Residential or Commercial. I then want the information to be brought from the website into either a MySQL table or onto another page for a shopping cart to read (from either the table or other page) if the address was correct (false or true statement) and if it is residential or commercial. If you have examples of this already created that would be great to see. Please send the example page so I can see. I am needing this really fast and do not have time to do it myself.
