Good day to you, could you please clarify the working hours please as there appears to be two different working patterns quoted, 35hrs a week but also 7 days a week. I am a native English speaker, with considerable customer service/administrative experience. I am currently based in Mauritius and I think the time zone should be suitable for Japanese business hours.
