Autolisp Developer - open to bidding

We need some lisps and hope you can help us. The process is explained as below; I am electrical project designer and I need to do some calculation to choose equipment. To do calculations easily we need to export some values from autocad to excel. In the attached file, there are some drawings. The lines (cables) are coming from electrical distribution panel feeding the equipment. The equipment has its own informations such as power, number. And we are labeling all the lines with our "line number block" attribute. We want to see line number block and equipment information in excel file as attached. (For example, in A02 line, fed by DP01 panel, there are 2 lighting equipment, total power 240Watt, etc.)
