Contest Brief

**Please do not submit basic AI generated photos. I have that and there's a reason I am looking for authentically designed images by real people.

I need a talented graphic designer to create multiple high school t-shirt designs. I will pay $35 for each design that I like. Multiple designers can win. They can be geared towards a sport, such as football, baseball, marching band, color guard, cheerleading, and volleyball. I like simple and dynamic designs, as we will be selling these to people such as parents who want to show school pride for their student, and students who want a more exciting look.

These will be used for print on demand, so the file will need to be in CMYK color, but converted to sRBG.
The name of the school is Mill Creek High School and they are called the Mill Creek Hawks.
The school colors are Navy, Cardinal Red, and Vegas Gold.

These do not all need to have a sport incorporated in them. We will also be looking for ones that simply say "Mill Creek High School". We would like to incorporate the logo(s) in some of them as well.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience with t-shirt design
- Ability to create designs with various elements
- Understanding of sports-related visuals

Design requirements:
- Graphic style
- Inclusion of sports elements listed
- Sports theme
- High resolution file for printing

I use photoshop, so please provide any files that can be compatible with that software.
