Cold caller for online sale UK, USA, Australia. Call Center Support and Sales person - (from home)

We are running an online Islamic zone. Which has online services specially teaching of the Quran, hadith etc.. Now we need to strengthen their first line support and sales department.\r\nWe need cold callers which can motivate to the Muslim community for taking our services and lead generation will be your responsibility.\r\n\r\nQualifications:\r\n- At least 18 years old.\r\n- Solid support and sales closing skills.\r\n- Excellent verbal presentation and communication techniques in clear English language with accent.\r\n- Computer experienced and internet-savvy.\r\n- Excellent customer assistance and problem solving skills.\r\n\r\nYour role:\r\nYou will be responsible for Cold calling to the Muslim community, answering questions related to the company\\\'s service. The work will consist of both handling 1st line support questions and closing sales. For 2nd and 3rd line support questions the staff at the head office will step in.\r\nCustomer contacts will take place through different channels: email, web chat and phone/Skype.\r\nBasically, you will help existing customers with their questions and follow up leads who have contacted the company to close the sale. \r\nYou will work with English speaking customers, UK, USA, AUSTRALIA\r\n\r\nYour privileges:\r\n- Competitive salary package - good base salary and commission on sales. \r\n- Career development and training - We provide product knowledge training to enhance your skills. \r\n\r\nThis position involves weekend work (12 hours on Saturdays and 12 hours on Sundays during daytime (UK Time) and optionally some work on two more days (if you want to work 40 hours per week).\r\n\r\nInterviews will be done continuously.
