Attached is a page from a plugin that integrates Helpscout with Wordpress. What it handles is a single conversation between customer and Helpscout user. Presently with each new conversation thread, it displays the first and last name + avatar of each responder. So if customer's name is Bob Jones and Helpscout user is John Smith Message 1 from Bob Jones Response from John Smith etc. The change that I need is if the responder is a Helpscout user then default to Helpscout Mailbox name settings + predefined avatar.
