2 Tasks 1) My expenses and categories are often repeatable. I need to have Rules set up in Xero so that as the new transactions come in, they will be mapped to the correct category. 2) Reconcile all current unreconciled transactions. (This part is the monthly job). You would need to ask me for categories and transactions as they come up and slip thru the rules. Enter new 1099 hires as they come in. I'd like the transaction to be reconciled weekly. There shouldn't be many if the rules are set up correctly.
