It must be the Xian Ke Zhi, 48V, 5000W, and the sticker, and board layout, must be the same has the provided photos. This version does not seem to be manufactured anymore. There is a new version, that has a different sticker (blue instead of orange, and other differences), but the board layout is different, and it doesn't have the same resistor, in the same place.
