We have got a user manual which is written in DocBook, we need to get this converted to PDF. We can generate HTML and CHM from the DocBook, so you can choose which format you want to use for creating the PDF. Secondly we have a reference guide which is generated as HTML files (and CHM). We want to get this converted to PDF too. You do not need to write a software to do conversion, it can be done manually.

If you provide me some more info about the number of pages and their complicity, I would be able to ajust my bid. As you can see from my profile here, I have good experience in creating PDFs (and prepress, as well). Good enough to know why simple conversion/printing just does not work commercially.
