160811 An ad a day

I am interested in creating a website/blog with similarities of [login to view URL] . I would like to have a random advertisement posted each day and these ad spots are sold through the page. The top and bottom of the advertisement page would be made into 2 separate portions that advertise my own website, time left on the ad, and a link where it leads to the main page of my site. On the main page of my site, I would want it to be like [login to view URL] . I would also like everything to be like that website. Member login pages, spot where the member can edit everything with HTML for their ad spot, and payment through paypal.
