**** PLEASE ONLY BID THE INTENDED AMOUNT TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT **** Our WooCommerce website experiences a 500 Server error with the latest "WooCommerce FedEx Shipping" plugin (Version 3.8.4) when trying to access the cart or checkout pages when certain products exist in the cart. We need someone to troubleshoot why the latest version of this plugin is causing this failure and provide a solution to resolve it. Steps to reproduce: 1. Add one or more of the following items to the cart: Any "Afinia L801 Plus" ink cartridge (link to products here: [login to view URL]) 2. Navigate to checkout page. Checkout page should load with no issues 3. Now add the following item to the cart: [login to view URL] 4. Navigate to the checkout page. Page will time out or error out 5. Remove printhead from cart and cart page should now load again without issue When using a previous version of the FedEx plugin, this issue does not occur. Admin credentials will be provided after awarding the project. Chosen Freelancer is requested to not make any changes without first explaining the issue and proposed solution.
