Hi! I checked www.sailchecker.com. Max CDN was a good choice, but the main affect is WordPress itself... The best solution is to re-code the static pages and install WP into a subfolder to serve only the blog page. As I read the blog is not so active, so you can totally eliminate WP, and make you all pages static. If you nedd community&comment function you can simply embed DISQUS. If you want to use WP for a long term, you have to dig deep into WP or pay a lot of money to somebody who cares your performance (every month...) I can guarantee some seconds upgrade, but cant offer magic pill with my low offer.
