I need website upgraded. -- 3

Hello I am looking for someone who can handle this tempalte... [login to view URL] 1. This template has membership part. But its not really set up well. I would like for you to make the site function with membership. I would like when a person logins for the first time to post a item for sale. It takes them to a membership page where they can choose a package they would like to purchase. At this point if they have a coupon they are must be able to enter it in to deduct and get the final cost. Once that is completed. They must check out through paypal then it brings them back to the site.. From then on they will have there package and will not have to go through this process. This on only for the first time. 2. I need my woo commerce area to have two separate slides.. one for furniture and one for the fashion/shopping area. I currently have 2 separate pages, And only one slider providing images on each page. 3. I would like the restaurant area page to be set up on my site .And to be redesigned to look amazing. I just want for it to be great looking.. 4. I have a business information area on my site. I would like to know how to add businesses and there information to the site. On the front page of my site is a business area I would like to know how to add businesses to show up there. 5. Set up the fashion area correctly. Right now the search bar on the left side is not looking well. I would like for it to be set up correctly. I would also like to have a mega menu set up at the top on the site. 6. Set up the furniture area correctly as well. I would also like to have a button that takes people to a loan page if they are interested in getting a loan for there items.. 7. On the real estate page i would like to know if it is possible to make a slider with the search options inside of it. To make it look like its own site area. 8. Once it is finished. I would like for the site to be migrated over to the original home page. 9. My site has Facebook comments applied to it. I would like to have the option... When a user has a post say he is selling his car. Someone comes onto the site and ask a question using Facebook. I would like for the owner to receive some type of notification that there is a message for him.. And once he responds to that thread. The person or people who are on that thread receive the notification that there is a new comment there. I believe that once a response is made it automatically sends a notification over Facebook. However I would like to have it possible that the seller of the item automatically gets a notification once someone uses Facebook comments to make a question or interest.. 10. I would like for the users to be able to automatically share there items to facebook groups they belong to.. What I want is that when they post the item they go to share on facebook. I would like for them to be able to share it into multiple groups at one time. The items information must go into those groups. Not the sites information.. But the sites information and the cost of the items and a description. If you can do all of this.. type 485865998 check the image to get my website address name.. Do not post it in your message.
