Changing the Related Posts for WordPress plugin

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1, using the theme Weaver II Pro 1.3.2.1 The site has 127 active plugins. My test site is [login to view URL] My site has the plugin Related Posts for WordPress [login to view URL] I want to make the following changes to the display of the text produced by the plugin: a. Text shall be aligned center b. Distance between the title and the link should be reduced. Freelancer will try several distances to see what works best. See [login to view URL] Work should be done by amending the Related Posts for WordPress plugin and sending me a revised plugin. Work should stand theme upgrades and wordpress upgrades. I shall install the revised plugin on a test site and when successful on the live site. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
