This project is very simple: I have already installed this plug-in:

... and the project is to simply populate the URL fields (I already have spreadsheet with the URLs of each language side-by-side in columns).
I just need for the freelancer to add the alternate URL on each blog post and page (via the control-panel "edit" mode for each post/page) on both blogs: English and Spanish.
Each blog, english and spanish, has about 200 posts/pages that correspond with a page in the other language on the other blog.
