PSD to WordPress for eBook Site

We have a PSD that we'd like coded into Wordpress. Looking for clean coders that deliver quality work. All work done is ours and you cannot put your name anywhere in the site or code and cannot use this in your portfolio. You will deliver the WP theme to us to set up on our server. Here is what the site includes: Home About Blog ( would like a nicely formated blog with auto thump pics to show on left side ) Media ( Galleries for pics and videos based on categories) Testimonials (Perfectly formatted Testimonials using YT Video and Text) Shop ( Various Ebooks for sale and consult sessions for sale , buyers should be able to buy on the site and buy paying paypal or credit card. Ebooks should be downloaded via digital download and it should be secure where no one can share the download link with others) Contact ( form requiring various info and sent to admin ) Newsletter Signup ( Ability for fans to sign up for newsletter and admin to send full html emails to subscribers via admin panel using predesigned templates) Would be nice to have a members area Site will have FB, Twitter and YT integration via widgets Let us know if you have done any similar site and if yes then provide link. Please dont sent us 50 sites as reference. 2-3 sites are good enough.
