MS Access Form Report and Print person required

We need someone to complete a small MS Access DB with the ability to print 1 page reports for my clients, multi-page reports for others. The data input screen also need to be created. We can provide a rough layout of the report and the data inpit screen which will be almost similar. There is some conversion required from Meters to Feet/Inches and KG to LBS. We have the form already build but it needs a few changes doing. We will pay $30 for the job and it needs to be completed within 24 hours.
