Create a dxf simple drwaing with c#

I need a simple program that create a simple dxf drawing in c# The drawing should countain; - One line in colour red - One circle in colour green - One point in colour yellow - A text with "cad Drawing" in colour white - One polyline with 3 points in colour magenta To draw each element it must have one button for each one. The name of the file should be "[login to view URL]" and it could be saved on a folder named "dxf" Note that i don't what to use the cad library because it should work in any computer even if there is no AutoCad instaled. It should be done in Visual Studio 2008
