PAD XML Submission Program for Mac OS X.

Hi I would like a PAD XML File Submission Software Program for Mac Snow Leopard Please. I need it to automatically Join the website, So it needs to be able to submit my user name, Password, email address etc. as well as the PAD XML File. I also need to be able to type in or copy website URL's into a list so that the Submission Program will submit my PAD XML file to websites that accept PAD XML files.
