Hi, ok so here is the deal; I have recently started to web design and am learning HTML and CSS. I am looking for someone who charges on an hourly rate to answer questions on web design, coding HTML and doing CSS and anything else that arises on learning and helping me to learn these. Must have high knowledge in these fields and be helpful, kind and friendly. Must have background in web design and be able to show a piece of work that illustrates your knowledge and experience.
