Web Design / Template

New Travel Website (which is now live) - needs complete re-design of look and feel to bring up into the Web 2.0 era (ie. It needs to look clean and polished) I will accept PSD designs (which I can get converted into HTML) or the HTML itself. Please be explicit which option you will undertake when bidding. I prefer the HTML and will pay accordingly. All HTML designs MUST be CSS driven as opposed to tabular. All payment via escrow. 100% on satisfactory completion of the project. You MUST be able to provide examples in your PM to me otherwise I WILL ignore you bid. YOU MUST provide a portfolio that YOU have done. Regards Dean
