I need an IIS, Web, PowerShell Pro to update a website that queries for a user and redirects them to the current url subdirectory. Please see the original project details below. The actual result from that project is that when a user enters their email address we query the API via PowerShell to find the users instance and then redirect them to the correct website. We also drop a cookie so that in the future we automatically redirect them without asking for their email address.
I am in the process of moving this to another server and it is no longer working (the powershell script fails). I need help with this today.
Please do not send me general blind bid for this project. I will not work with teams or groups. I am only looking for a single individual with the skills to complete this task today. Generic bids will be ignored.

PREVIOUS PROJECT DESCRIPTION
=============================
I have a MailStore SPE server that I manage. MailStore SPE is the same as regular MailStore, however it actually contains multiple instances of MailStore (a dedicated instance for each customer). When I setup a customer each customer gets a dedicated URL: [login to view URL]; [login to view URL]; etc...
If you browse to [login to view URL] users are told that they need to enter the correct URL to access their instance (see fig01). Using the API for MailStore SPE I need a script that will poll the MailStore SPE periodically and log all users with email addresses to a text file/text database:
emailaddress1,urlalias1
emailaddress2,urlalias1
emailaddress3,urlalias1
emailaddress4,urlalias2
etc...
On the root home page of [login to view URL] I want to change the code that there is a box where we ask for the users email address with a button to click [Next]. If we find the users email address the we should do two things:
1. Redirect the user to [login to view URL](urlalias) - So that they can login to their instance
2. Drop a cookie on the users computer so that if they browse to [login to view URL] we automatically redirect to the correct alias "[login to view URL](urlalias)"
If we are not able to find the users email address then we should display a message for them to call my helpdesk or we could do an email webform with captcha to my helpdesk.
On the API side, when we are building this list if we come across duplicate emails:
emailaddress1,urlalias1
emailaddress1,urlalias1
(or)
emailaddress1,urlalias1
emailaddress2,urlalias1
emailaddress3,urlalias1 (match)
emailaddress4,urlalias2
emailaddress3,urlalias3 (match)
I would want an email alert sent to my helpdesk as we will not be able to redirect this user properly. If a user enters their email address and we have more than (1) result then we should redirect the same message mentioned earlier for the end-user to call our helpdesk or fill in a webfoot with captcha.
For information on the API you can find the mailstore reference here:
Our system us currently live so I am unable to allow you to have direct access for testing. I can work with you via a shared session. If you need access to a server to test, you can contact MailStore and request a trial to test against.
