Need: - a program that can play a video on a online platform - be able to add notes and draw on those videos (just like [login to view URL]) - website should be password protected ineed to be able to draw directly on flash video and while drawing on the video i need a flash player that is able to play the flash video frame by frame at the same time if necessary. multiple drawing tools and freehand drawing capabilities would be nice. it should include slow motion, previous frame and advance to next frame. it should be able to record and play the user input (drawings, notes). for inspiration it should be like [login to view URL] but the purpose is completely different. I need a complete and functional working program, easy executable on an online server as well as the complete source code of all work done.
