I'm the founder of SmarterQueue, and I'm looking for someone to focus on optimising our retention, conversion funnels, and growth. Required experience: Onboarding flows A/B testing Analysing user data, pirate metrics Funnel optimisation (especially retention) Drip emails Growth hacking (optimising acquisition) Bonus Skills: HTML/CSS/jQuery SQL Amplitude You will be familiar with how the best SaaS products onboard users, and design/optimise each stage of the funnel from landing page, sign up, onboarding, retention, and referral. UX experience would be helpful, so you already have ideas of best practices, and how to improve things, but an ability to A/B test, measure responses, and iterate, is just as useful. Preferably you would be able to design and code these changes yourself (PHP/HTML/JS), but not vital. Experience with tools such as Amplitude/MixPanel, SQL, Intercom etc is expected. Option to work remotely, any timezone. No recruiters, agencies or managed/outsourced companies. 1-3 month full-time contract, with potential for a permanent role.

I have been there, done that :) Given that I have already worked on optimising the funnel, I think I would the best fit for this role. I have given a quick glance through your website. It seems like it is still in beta stage. I think you should rather focus on validating your business hypotheses than optimising the funnel at this stage. Well and good if it's already done :)
