I own a small balloon and party supplies business in Panama City. I would like to make it easier for my clients to shop online due to COVID-19 quarantine limitations. Policies in our country make it a bit tricky to build shopping carts with conventional payment methods such as Paypal, so I need a more rudimentary way of charging clients using local online banks. We would provide page by page design (Adobe XD file) including icons, png images, logos, gifs, and every other element needed to build the website. We require a programmer to get it up and running.
