I want a web page for my condominium complex. It will be kind of a newspaper format. I will be adding photo and text comment to it: As an example: It will report construction progress. It will show pictures of construction changes as the changes occur. I expect one time a week, new text will be added and a new picture will be added. maximum budget for this project is $100.
