AGENCY HIRE - Web Layout Designer UI UX (FIGMA) Superstar - 1 MONTH HIRE

Hi, We are looking for an amazing web layout graphic designer, who works in Figma, and is passionate about designing website layouts. This is not just a job for you. If you are a real superstar, keep reading! Our growing agency is looking for a 1 month hire, to handle whatever designing projects we assign in that time. This will all be for high end web layout design work (no development / coding, just design in FIGMA with custom css and html), and whatever other design work we might assign. We will need somebody who is available for the next 30 days - full time. Must have web layout design experience in Figma for at least 1 year and overall ui ux web layout design experience of 3 + years. When we say amazing designs, we are talking about simple and minimal designs that have a high level of detail and thought behind them. Our ideal hire should have a good understanding of colors, design techniques, fundamentals of a good website layout design, mobile design optimization, and designs that attribute to the highest user experience. You should have a workflow in place that includes research, wireframe / prototyping, content mapping, mockup, and final design. You will need to use your amazing designing skills, to bring out even a vague concept. Sometimes the design requirements will be vague, and that is why it is important for the right designer to have a solid process they follow. An amazing designer will see more work from us in the upcoming months, along with being given an opportunity to have a much larger role as an in house designer for our agency in the next 3-4 months. Of course this means greater compensation and greater contribution to our companies success. - Must have great communication skills - Must have a design and creative process that produces results - Must be reliable - Must be available for 30 days - Our average high end design takes about 40 hours start to finish, you should be able to do produce a full design in about 40 hours, which means about 3-4 full designs in a month. - Budget is for 1 month hire We are ready to hire the right freelancer for this job immediately, and have at least 2 layout designs we will need done as of now.
