Salesforce / Joomla Integration

This is a pretty straightforward/simple project. Would like a web lead form created for integration between Salesforce and Joomla. Our site exists under Joomla already, and we require a branded form to be created with some unique fields that correspond with Saleforce. Upon exit/completion, form will redirect to a thank-you page. Some additional help will be required to incorporate some the of tracking code into Joomla for Adwords. Developers with experience of Salesforce and Adwords preferred. Please indicate on your reponse if you have past experience with these products.
