483430 Top quality vBulletin skin design 2

Hi, I am looking for a skin for vBulletin 4.0. I need a top quality design and if possible make it a slightly different layout to conventional vBulletin 4.x forums. I will pay extra for a superb design rather than just changing colours which I can do myself.
