Website and Online Store development

I want to build a website which also works as an online store (eCommerce & Basket features etc.) The website shall be posting some events as products and the users shall register and buy the events. Details of the events are yet confidential and shall be shared only with a qualified lancer. Some of the salient features of the website/store are as follows: - Owner must be able to add/edit/delete the events as desired. - Owner must be able to change the contents of the website himself. - Different user groups must be allowed for registration - website must comply with EU regulations for eCommerce. - Owner mus be able to run reports on Events Registration, Users/Contacts who have registered for a particular event, Events due in certain time period, Payments (Recieved/Outstanding), Notifications/Offers sent to the registered users by Email etc. More features may be discussed in the final roll out of the project.
