Opencart 1.5.4 Redemption System

I have an opencart 1.5.4 template and i need some customization work as follow: I need to have a redemption system where customer can click here to redeem your product then it will land on a page where our logo will be on the top. After that they must enter a voucher code that will be validated based on the codes that have been uploaded to opencart. Mind you have to be able to upload unlimited codes to the shopping cart for redemption. Next it will be the following information name address email product size colour style shipping address then pay I also need other work but ones i find a person that can do the work at a resonable price i'll hire them to the the rest as well.
