Migrate from X-Cart to Magento

I have an existing X-Cart store. My product line is small, approximately 50 products. I want to migrate to Magento, but keep a very similar theme based on the existing look, although give it a bit of an update, your themeing improvement ideas are welcome. Your bid is to transfer my entire site, including products, descriptins, images, customer, and order databases over to a new Magento site. All meta data: title, meta description etc All url's are to remain the same for seo purposes. My existing shop uses geo ip currency, to change the currency based on the location of the visitor. The new store should do the same (GBP, USD, CAD, EUR). I wish to integrate with sagepay direct for checkout. My existing store is the same. I want the one step checkout v4 extension [login to view URL] *****Please exclude the price of modules in your bid, I will pay for these seperate***** I have a temporary domain that I have set up, with the latest Magento version installed and running, however that's as far as I got so far. The new store will be built on the temporary url/domain and then when finished it will be transferred to the real domain where the existing live store is. The main issue here is to replicate as much as possible in terms of content/urls/meta data from the existing site to the new one to reduce any negative seo issues.
