19297 Set up Free Hosting-1000 hosts

I require 1000 free hosting site accounts to be created in my business name. These sites must: - have ftp access - must be unique, cannot show same IP address - ideally support PHP scripts - offered as subdomains - at least 50% must allow placement of my own ads This project involves sourcing hosts, signing up, and ideally managing the "confirmation" element that many free sites have.
