I need a ruby developer -- 2

I am trying to create a prelaunch site. All of the code is available here: [login to view URL] The project description is the following: I'm starting a company. But before I make the real website. I want a simple landing page similar to the image attached. People can enter their email which goes into a database. After they enter their email they go to a second page where they can share a referral link with their friends via email, facebook or twitter. Once they successfully refer a friend, a counter on the second page will go up and signal certain discount they will receive once the site actually opens. (like in picture 2) I already have my own logo etc. done. Wanting simple but cool/edgy look. Once this is completed I will be looking for work on a full website with shopping cart and other features. I want to also make sure that people can't cheat the system so I want security measures so people can create multiple shares from the same IP address etc. All the information and code that the website in the photos used can be found here: [login to view URL] Do you think you will be able to do this?
